• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve any problems fairly.

• Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Ruby’s Kitchen is not liable for adverse reactions if allergies or dietary restrictions are not disclosed.
5. Event & Catering Policies
• For large events, we recommend confirming your order at least 48 hours in advance.
• Setup and staffing services are available upon request and may include additional fees.
• Ruby’s Kitchen reserves the right to refuse service for events that may compromise food safety or staff safety.
6. Intellectual Property
