How many people does each entrée serve?

Each entrée pan serves approximately 15–20 guests, depending on portion size and menu selection.

 

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. A minimum order of $300 is required for catering and group orders unless otherwise stated.

 

Are sides included with entrées?

Sides are sold separately unless specifically included in a package or experience.

 

Do you offer custom menus?

Yes. Custom menus and large events are handled via invoice and consultation. Please contact us directly for availability and pricing.

 

Do you provide plates, utensils, and setup?

Disposable dinnerware, chafing dishes, delivery, and setup services are available as add-ons and are not included unless selected.

 

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing orders at least 5–7 days in advance. Availability for last-minute orders is not guaranteed.

 

Is a deposit required?

• Website orders require full payment at checkout.

• Invoice-based bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to the event.

 

Do you travel or deliver?

Yes. Delivery and travel fees vary by location and must be selected at checkout or confirmed via invoice.

 

What is your refund policy?

Do you offer Valentine’s Day or holiday specials?

Yes. Holiday and special event experiences are offered on a limited basis and require advance booking.
