Booking Policy
All orders placed directly through the website require full payment at checkout to secure the date and time.
• Custom events, large parties, and specialty services booked via invoice require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event.
• Dates are not guaranteed until payment is received.
• Deposits and payments are non-refundable due to food purchasing, preparation, and scheduling.
• Late payments may result in order cancellation.
