Custom orders allow flexibility for clients who prefer to pay 50% upfront and customize their experience.

• Need a specific time or extended service

• Want to combine multiple add-ons

• Prefer to pay a 50% deposit instead of full payment upfront

How Custom Orders Work

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Fill out the Custom Order Form with the following details:

• Full Name

• Phone Number & Email

• Desired Date & Time

• Location of Service

• Selected Package

• Requested Add-Ons

• Any Special Requests

Step 2: Review & Approval

• We review your request within 24 hours

• If approved, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the total

• Your date is NOT secured until the deposit is paid

Step 3: Final Payment

• Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to service

• Failure to pay remaining balance may result in cancellation

Important Policies

• All deposits are non-refundable

• Custom orders are subject to availability

• Last-minute changes are not guaranteed

• No refunds once service preparation has begun
