Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective for all Ruby’s Kitchen orders and services

Due to the nature of food preparation, scheduling, and event planning, Ruby’s Kitchen maintains a strict cancellation and refund policy.

Payments & Deposits

• All payments made to Ruby’s Kitchen are non-refundable.

• Deposits and full payments are applied toward food purchasing, preparation, labor, and scheduling.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment.

• Ruby’s Kitchen does not issue refunds for changes in guest count made after payment.

Date Changes

• Date changes are subject to availability.

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

• Approved reschedules may incur additional fees.

Acts of God / Emergencies

Ruby’s Kitchen is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Power outages

• Accidents

• Illness

• Acts of God

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed. At Ruby’s Kitchen’s discretion, a credit may be issued for future services.

Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order or submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all cancellation and refund terms listed above.
